📋 This Policy applies to all purchases and memberships on waivybaby.com and waivybabywellnessclub.com. By purchasing, you agree to all terms herein. All refund exceptions are reviewed case-by-case at Waivy Baby's sole discretion.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases, subscriptions, and transactions made on waivybaby.com and through the Waivy Baby Wellness Club at waivybabywellnessclub.com, including milestone boxes, membership subscriptions, expert sessions, virtual classes, webinars, eBooks, digital content, surprise drops, and limited-edition releases. Please read this Policy carefully before purchasing — by completing any transaction, you agree to all terms herein.

  • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard on waivybabywellnessclub.com or by contacting support@waivybaby.com.
  • Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain full access to all membership benefits — including classes, portal content, community features, and seminar replays — until your billing period expires.
  • 48-Hour Notice for Upcoming Renewal: To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Cancellations received within 48 hours of renewal may not prevent the next charge.
  • No Prorated Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated for any portion of an unused billing period, regardless of when you cancel.
  • Annual Memberships: Annual membership cancellations take effect at the end of the annual billing period. No partial-year refunds are issued except where required by law.
  • Confirmation Email: You will receive a cancellation confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within one business day of cancelling, contact us immediately — your cancellation may not have been processed.
  • Re-enrollment: You may re-enroll in any membership tier at any time after cancellation. Re-enrollment is subject to then-current pricing and availability.
  • Membership Termination by Waivy Baby: Waivy Baby reserves the right to terminate any membership immediately and without refund for violations of our Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, or for fraud, abuse, account sharing, or chargeback activity. See Section 10 for chargeback policy.

Class, Session & Webinar Cancellation
⚠️ Important: 48-Hour Cancellation Required

We updated the cancellation window from 24 to 48 hours to better protect our experts' time and your investment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session are not eligible for credit or refund.

  • Timely Cancellation (48+ Hours Before): Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled class or session start time and your class credit will be returned to your account for future use, or the session fee will be credited depending on your plan.
  • Late Cancellation (Under 48 Hours): Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will result in forfeiture of the class credit or session fee. No refund, credit, or rescheduling will be offered.
  • No-Show Policy: Failing to attend a booked class or session without cancelling constitutes a no-show. No-shows result in full forfeiture of the class credit or session fee with no refund, credit, or make-up session offered.
  • How to Cancel: Cancel through your account dashboard on waivybabywellnessclub.com. Email cancellations to support@waivybaby.com are accepted but must be received and confirmed at least 48 hours before your session — do not assume the cancellation is processed until you receive confirmation.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made 48+ hours in advance may be accommodated subject to expert availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to the same cancellation policy if the rescheduled session is later cancelled.
  • Webinars: Webinar registrations are non-refundable once registered. If Waivy Baby cancels a webinar, registered participants will receive a full credit or refund of the registration fee.
  • Waivy Baby Session Cancellations: If Waivy Baby or an expert cancels a scheduled session, you will be offered a full rescheduling at no additional charge, a credit, or a full refund of the session fee at your election.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from attending a session, contact us at support@waivybaby.com within 2 hours of the session end time with documentation of the issue. We will review on a case-by-case basis. Waivy Baby is not liable for technical failures on your end (device, internet connection, third-party platform).
Late Arrival Policy
  • Late Arrivals Permitted: You are permitted to join a class or session after the scheduled start time. We understand life with a baby doesn't always run on schedule.
  • No Extended Time: Classes and sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of your arrival time. No additional time will be added for late arrivals, and the session will not be paused or re-started.
  • No Partial Credit: Joining late does not entitle you to a partial credit, partial refund, or make-up for the portion of the session missed.
  • 10-Minute Rule (1:1 Sessions): For 1:1 private expert sessions, if you have not joined within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice, the expert may treat the session as a no-show and disconnect. The session credit or fee will be forfeited per the no-show policy in Section 2.
  • Expert Arrives Late: If an expert is more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled 1:1 session without prior notice, contact support@waivybaby.com immediately. You will be offered a full rescheduling or a credit for the session.

Membership Plan Changes
  • Immediate Effect: Membership upgrades take effect immediately upon confirmation and payment.
  • Prorated Charge: When you upgrade mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the new tier for the remainder of the current billing period. The proration is calculated based on the number of days remaining in your billing cycle.
  • New Billing Date: Your billing date may be adjusted at the time of upgrade. The new billing date will be confirmed in your upgrade confirmation email.
  • Immediate Access: You gain immediate access to all benefits of your new tier, including any higher-tier exclusive content, seminar access, and surprise drop eligibility, upon payment confirmation.
  • No Refund of Prior Payments: Upgrading does not entitle you to a refund or credit for fees already paid at your previous tier.
  • Next Cycle Effect: Membership downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You will remain on your current plan — with full current-tier benefits — until your current billing period ends.
  • No Prorated Refunds: No refunds or credits are issued for the difference in price between your current tier and the lower tier for the remainder of the current billing period.
  • Benefit Adjustment: Upon downgrade, your access will be adjusted to the benefits of your new, lower tier at the start of the new billing cycle. This may include reduced access to exclusive content, sessions, or surprise drop eligibility.
  • Content Access: Any higher-tier exclusive content accessed during the current billing period is not affected retroactively. Access to higher-tier content will be restricted at the next billing cycle.

Product Boxes, Rescue Boxes & Physical Goods
  • Return Window: Milestone boxes may be eligible for return if they are unopened, unused, and in original condition and you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once a box has been opened, it is not eligible for return or refund due to the nature of curated baby products and hygiene standards.
  • Return Authorization Required: Do not return any product without first contacting support@waivybaby.com and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or a confirmed product defect.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion depending on product availability.
  • Substitutions: Box contents may vary due to supply constraints. Substitutions of equal or greater value do not constitute a basis for return or refund.
  • Hygiene Policy: Opened baby products including clothing, feeding accessories, teethers, bath items, and similar goods cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

All Rescue Boxes are final sale. By purchasing a Rescue Box, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All Rescue Box purchases are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances;
  • Rescue Boxes are curated from available inventory and contents cannot be customized, swapped, or replaced;
  • We do not resell items, and all sales are considered final at the point of purchase;
  • No store credit, exchange, or partial refund will be issued for any Rescue Box purchase regardless of reason; and
  • If a Rescue Box item arrives damaged due to shipping, the standard damaged item reporting process applies (Section 6, Milestone Boxes) — report within 7 days with photos.
  • All surprise drop and limited-edition release purchases are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered except where an item arrives damaged.
  • Substitutions of equal or greater value within a drop do not constitute a basis for refund or exchange.
  • Reselling or flipping surprise drop items for profit is a violation of your membership agreement and may result in account termination without refund.
  • If a drop item arrives damaged, follow the standard damaged item reporting process — contact us within 7 days with photos.

Digital Content & eBooks
  • No Refunds on Digital Content: All purchases of eBooks, digital guides, templates, checklists, right-time step programs, and any other downloadable or accessible digital content are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed, downloaded, or made available to you.
  • Before Access: If you have purchased digital content but have not yet accessed or downloaded it, contact support@waivybaby.com within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
  • Technical Access Issues: If you are unable to access purchased digital content due to a technical issue on our platform, contact us immediately. We will resolve the access issue or, if we cannot, issue a refund.
  • Personal License Only: Digital content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the individual purchaser. You may not share, forward, distribute, or resell digital content.
  • Seminar Replays: Access to seminar replays is governed by your membership tier and may be time-limited. Loss of access to replays at the end of a replay window does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Billing, Automatic Renewal & Payment Failures
  • Auto-Renewal: All Waivy Baby memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current membership rate unless you cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
  • Renewal Notice: For annual memberships, we will send a renewal reminder email at least 7 days before your renewal date. For monthly memberships, your renewal date is visible in your account dashboard at all times.
  • Renewal Charges: By maintaining an active membership, you authorize Waivy Baby to charge your payment method on file for the renewal amount automatically. It is your responsibility to update your payment information and manage your renewal preferences.
  • Price Changes at Renewal: If the membership price has changed since your last billing period, you will be notified at least 30 days before the change takes effect at renewal. Your continued membership after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
  • Renewal Refunds: If you did not intend to renew and were charged, contact us at support@waivybaby.com within 48 hours of the renewal charge. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for renewal charges are not guaranteed and are issued at Waivy Baby's sole discretion, particularly where the membership benefits were accessed after renewal.
  • Payment Retry: If a payment fails on your renewal date, we will retry the charge automatically. We may attempt the charge multiple times over a period of several days.
  • Account Pause: If payment cannot be collected, your membership access may be paused — meaning access to exclusive content, portal features, seminar registration, and community features may be restricted until payment is resolved.
  • Membership Cancellation: If payment remains unresolved after multiple retry attempts and no contact from you, your membership may be cancelled. You will receive email notification before cancellation.
  • Resuming Access: To restore access after a payment failure, update your payment method in your account dashboard or contact support@waivybaby.com. Waivy Baby reserves the right to require payment of any outstanding balance before restoring access.
  • No Compensation for Paused Access: Waivy Baby is not liable for any content, classes, or benefits missed during a period when your account was paused due to a payment failure.
  • Membership Use: Memberships are non-transferable and are for the individual account holder's use only. Sharing login credentials, circumventing access controls, or misuse of a membership may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Refund Exceptions & Eligibility
📋 When Refunds May Be Issued

Outside of the standard no-refund policy, refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances. All exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Waivy Baby's sole discretion.

Verified Billing Errors
If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a pricing error, system error, or billing mistake on our part, contact us within 14 days with your order details. Verified billing errors will be fully corrected and refunded.

Duplicate Charges
If you were charged twice for the same transaction, contact us immediately with your order number and bank statement showing both charges. Duplicate charges are refunded promptly once verified.

Waivy Baby Service Failure
If Waivy Baby cancels a paid session, class, or event and cannot reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund of the session or event fee will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Physical Products
Products that arrive damaged due to shipping or that are confirmed defective are eligible for replacement or refund. Report within 7 days with photos. See Section 6 for full process.

Platform Access Failure
If a technical failure on Waivy Baby's platform prevents you from accessing paid digital content or attending a session you were charged for, contact us. We will resolve the access issue or issue a refund.

Legal Requirements
Where required by applicable law — including consumer protection laws in your state — Waivy Baby will honor refund rights as legally mandated. Contact us at legal@waivybaby.com if you believe you have a legally required refund right.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy
⚠️ Contact Us Before Filing a Chargeback

Filing a chargeback without first contacting Waivy Baby is a material breach of your membership agreement and will result in immediate account termination. We ask you to give us the opportunity to resolve any billing dispute first — we genuinely want to make it right.

  • Contact Us First: Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company, you must contact Waivy Baby at legal@waivybaby.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity — at minimum 5 business days — to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Unauthorized Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback for any charge that is authorized under this Policy or our Terms & Conditions — without first completing the resolution process above — constitutes a material breach of your agreement with Waivy Baby.
  • Account Termination: An unauthorized chargeback will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to all Waivy Baby services, platforms, and membership benefits — without refund of any remaining membership period.
  • Cost Recovery: You agree to reimburse Waivy Baby for all chargeback fees, bank fees, processing fees, and reasonable costs incurred in responding to or disputing an unauthorized chargeback, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • Re-enrollment: Accounts terminated for unauthorized chargebacks may be permanently banned from re-enrollment at Waivy Baby's discretion.
  • Legitimate Disputes: Legitimate billing disputes — duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, billing errors — are handled promptly and fairly when reported through our support channels first. We take these seriously and resolve them quickly.
