This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases, subscriptions, and transactions made on waivybaby.com and through the Waivy Baby Wellness Club at waivybabywellnessclub.com, including milestone boxes, membership subscriptions, expert sessions, virtual classes, webinars, eBooks, digital content, surprise drops, and limited-edition releases. We updated the cancellation window from 24 to 48 hours to better protect our experts' time and your investment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session are not eligible for credit or refund.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting Waivy Baby is a material breach of your membership agreement and will result in immediate account termination. We ask you to give us the opportunity to resolve any billing dispute first — we genuinely want to make it right.
